Settle – Carlisle Railway Special

If you love stunning British countryside and/or all things trains, then you’ll be well aware that the fabled Settle to Carlisle line is one of, if not THE most scenic. Therefore we’ve teamed up with the Settle to Carlise Railway to offer this dinner inclusive package. Enjoy a return journey from Skipton station to Carlisle, passing through magnificent Yorkshire & Cumbria scenery, over the Ribblehead Viaduct, stopping at traditional country stations. Train runs every 2 hours, 7 days per week. The journey is on a standard Northern diesel, not a heritage train.
The voucher for your journey is to be collected from Hotel Reception upon your arrival in Skipton.
The voucher is for a return journey from Skipton to Carlisle only.
You are able to get off and on at the various stations on route, but do check timetables thoroughly before and during travel.
Skipton train station lies a mile from the hotel. Transport is not provided.
The rail journey can be enjoyed on day of arrival or day of departure. Pre-booking your seat is not required.
